Position Summary
The Chef is responsible for ensuring quality customer service and providing a sanitary environment for preparing food. The Chef will direct and be responsible for supervising daily line operations and preparing all food items for restaurant use according to recipe specifications. The Chef will inspect appearance of all food for proper taste, color combination and overall presentation to maintain appeal. The Chef will be responsible for ensuring the cooks are compliance with State/Federal/Tribal policy and procedures, regulations, and ABLE laws.
