Legal Counsel, US Litigation Team
The Legal Counsel-Litigation Attorney is responsible for staffing a caseload of individual consumer Fair Credit Reporting Act lawsuits and pre-filed matters in various courts (including federal, state, and small claims) against Equifax.
The Legal Counsel-Litigation position is essential to ensuring that the company is adequately protected in response to legal matters. This position sits within the Litigation Department at Equifax and reports directly to the Vice President and Group Counsel, Litigation.
