Middle School Inititative Program Coordinator (Finance)
Minimum age of 21 years old
High School diploma or equivalent
One year supervisory experience
Minimum of 1 year of full time or equivalent part time satisfactory and verifiable experience experience with children and leading teen recreational activities
Music/Art background preferred
Experience with family programming preferred
KEY FOCUS AREAS:
Plan and implement a weekly program that includes a variety of activities for children in the 12-14 age group that promotes the goals of the program as well as special events.
Supervise and effectively engage with participants during all large and small group activities.
Supervise all support staff, helping with onboarding and training.
Responsible for assisting with the involvement of parents and families; ensure consistent communication with parents of participants regarding progress
Responsible for recruitment, enrollment, and intake of new participants; assist in developing and implementing community relations strategies.
Communicate effectively with all other staff and teens.
Complete routine and required forms to include, but not limited to: attendance records, observation records, and incident and injury reports.
