Summary:
The Manager, Labor Relations, will serve as a critical subject matter expert in areas of labor contract administration, advice and counseling, grievance management, and labor arbitrations. The Manager, Labor Relations works closely with the Labor Relations team, HR Business Partners, other HR Centers of Excellence, as well as a wide range of operations leaders covering over all union-represented employees and over 25 collective bargaining agreements.
Essential Job Functions:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work related experience with 8 - 10 Years as labor Relations experience - 5 years in supervisory role preferable in Labor Relations arena
