We are looking for an exceptional Inventory Control Associate whose primary responsibility is to maintain accurate records of inventory. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction while recording and reporting inventory control figures at the store level.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain and update inventory records
• Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures
• Perform weekly cycle counts and complete inventory correction forms to adjust system counts as necessary
• Recommend ideas for loss prevention programs and programs to improve the management of inventory
• Conduct searches to locate products within the system, as necessary
• Ensure corrective measures to prevent discrepancies
• Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
• Maintain accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detection and uphold confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel
• Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustments
• While performing job duties ensure the store is neat and tidy, making sure each department is in-stock, clean and shoppable
• Communicate all issues to management that could result in process delays, safety issues, or otherwise cause a loss to the company or its associates.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily production, quality, and safety goals are achieved or exceeded.
