Customer Support Specialist (Administrative)
DAT Solutions is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon.
Position Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist is a call center position that is vital to ensuring quality support and service to both internal and external customers. Their advanced role assures customer satisfaction by providing a high level of expertise on the delivery of all existing and emerging DAT products and services. A Specialist assists the team by answering incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from the queue and by serving as an escalation point for all teams within the customer support organization. Specialist reps are responsible for guiding the expertise of the Customer Support Team by sharing information. This includes training and mentoring peers, writing white papers and assisting with the development of the knowledge base and training materials. Customer Support Specialists are responsible for delivering the “Voice of the Customer” to our Marketing and Engineering teams in order to influence the development of DAT products.
