Your Role as an RT:

We're seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver exceptional patient care and support our healthcare team in providing optimal respiratory services.

• Assess, plan, and perform respiratory interventions tailored to patient needs, including tracheostomy care.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Adhere to safety, emergency, and infection control protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care and rehabilitation meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care (Bachelor's preferred).
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license and CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of one year of respiratory care experience in acute or subacute settings preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, reasoning, and computer skills (e.g., Point Click Care).
• Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
