Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobility (Finance)
The Talent Acquisition and Mobility COE is to partner with other talent functions to develop and deliver the enterprise talent strategies, processes, integrated solutions and metrics for sourcing, cultivating and recruiting the talent pipeline across the organization. This organizational leader will ensure the success of the recruiting service delivery across Guardian including: Executive, Professional and High-Volume Recruiting.
