The Senior Technical Manager, Network Management Services is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, managing, and making secure the networking and telecommunications infrastructure for all of OCLC's revenue-generating and administrative systems. This individual should work as a key representative of the Division for network services and be able to communicate individual section-level and department-level work/priorities for their teams, as well as other peer sections and departments managers across the division and enterprise. This role will also be responsible for the individuals in his/her section and should display qualities of a strong technical leader – i.e., leading, collaborating, transparency, managing staff performance.
