Overview:

The Manager, Marketing - Sales Engagement & Community Programs is responsible for leading a team focused on designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive seller engagement, strengthen strategic relationships, and build loyalty among top performers and partners. This role oversees flagship programs such as President's Club, Sales Engagement & Recognition, and Trust X Alliance-ensuring they are strategically aligned, flawlessly executed, and continuously evolved to support business priorities.

This leader will collaborate across marketing, sales, and executive leadership to foster connection, reinforce business goals, and activate community-led growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for a team responsible for sales engagement, and community programs, including President's Club and Trust X Alliance.
  • Set clear goals, frameworks, and priorities that guide the successful development and execution of marketing campaigns, communications, and events.
  • Align program strategy with broader sales and business objectives, ensuring relevance, impact, and scalability across initiatives.
  • Guide the planning and execution of high-visibility programs-such as incentive experiences, sales engagement communications, and partner-led community events-ensuring consistent excellence and alignment with brand and business standards.
  • Oversee the creation of internal and external-facing content, communications, and assets that support program goals and drive engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership, vendor management, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders to define program requirements and secure alignment.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and continuously optimize for impact.
  • Manage team development, coaching, resource planning, and operational execution to ensure program success.
  • Maintain budget oversight, vendor relationships, and executional timelines across programs.

Requirements:

  • Requires a four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years marketing or program management experience including a minimum of 4 years of position specific experience and 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years of leadership/management experience.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic programs in a B2B or enterprise environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with marketing platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, SharePoint, and project management software.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking program performance and applying insights to improve outcomes.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,500.00 - $170,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
