JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist, Associate, will participate in the development, coordination, and execution of impactful marketing initiatives. This includes creating and launching various marketing campaigns including digital activities, social media, as well as content for collateral and websites. This role will also be responsible for increasing brand and product awareness. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans, creating innovative initiatives and campaigns, and building and executing traditional and non-traditional methods of lead generation activities in an effort to accomplish marketing goals and objectives.
Coordinate communications support for various social media channels through content development, writing, editing, and content maintenance.
Coordinate Web site maintenance and updating of information with marketing team and appropriate technical resources.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure closed loop process for lead generation programs. Provide reporting to reflect effectiveness of activities.
Provide and coordinate marketing information and materials for stakeholders.
Prepare articles, posts, e-newsletters and other content created for relevant communication channels.
Prepare marketing reports and analyses including progress towards set goals as well as recommendations for improvement.
Own the logistics coordination of promotional events including conferences, Webinars, lunch-n-learns, etc. This includes travel itineraries as needed.
Collects and analyzes online analytics and event data. Write reports.
Help to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns.
Participate in selection, ordering and supply of promotional items, collateral, business cards, etc. as needed.
May provide additional support as needed.
Lead or participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent written communication skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Wordpress, Google Analytics, social media tools such as HootSuite or Sprout Social, and marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Eloqua a plus.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and be customer-focused.
Ability to interpret and follow written instructions.
Knowledge of marketing communications and event organization would be preferred.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years various marketing experience.
