The Procurement Manager partners across all business lines to provide strategic direction and support in sourcing the Bank's procurement needs. In addition to procuring the highest quality at the best value while conducting fair and ethical sourcing activities, this managerial role will have significant involvement in the implementation of a Cloud-based ERP procurement system. This unique opportunity will allow this valued team leader to leverage expertise in procurement and best practices to set the Boston Fed, and the Federal Reserve System, up for long-term technological and business process success.
Principal Responsibilities:
This role serves as the liaison on various Bank and System workgroups related to Procurement. The level of work is considered advanced and staff work under minimal supervision.
