The Northside Common Ministries Shelter Coordinator will assist the Director in managing daily operations of the Pleasant Valley Men's Shelter and oversight of the services provided to participants and visitors. This position will identify and implement methods to strategically align services for enhanced client outcomes, provide innovative ideas and solutions to improve services, and draw upon research and data to meet emerging needs. It will be vital for the Shelter Coordinator to collaborate with other Goodwill departments and/or community organizations to ensure appropriate community reintegration services are delivered while providing supervision of shelter staff. This position will be included in the on-call rotation for shelter emergencies.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Travel Required: Local travel may be required.
Schedule:8am to 4pm Monday - Friday with some weekend and shift coverage.
External Hiring Range: $45,760.00 to $47,590.40
Retention Incentive: $1000 after 6 months of employment
