Marketing Operations Manager (Marketing)

Carrus is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager for the CareerCert division. CareerCert provides continuing education and a platform to manage continuing education for healthcare providers and agencies. We understand that when healthcare providers are at their best, their patients are too.
The Marketing Operations Manager for CareerCert will oversee all technology platforms and tools by which marketing campaigns are created, executed, and measured. They will be responsible for working with the Rev Ops team to ensure data accuracy and to drive the ability to segment audiences in a way that allows for automation between tools and platforms.
A day in the life:
Manage marketing audiences is SalesForce and the ways those audiences are fed to other marketing tools
Drive the technology around marketing automation
Leads project management on sales & marketing objectives and priorities to ensure timely and effective completion
Work with the Rev Ops team to ensure data accuracy and structure
Work with the BI team to measure and track marketing needs
Work with the Marketing Automation Manager to create and optimize campaigns.

What youll need:
4+ years in marketing operations, including strong knowledge base in all facets of marketing technology (data capture, measurement, reporting and translation into business and/or behavioral insights).
Bachelor's Degree in a business, economics, finance or technical discipline.
Advanced understanding of Salesforce.com and Marketo, Google Analytics and other major business insight and analytics tools. Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
