A role within the Global Compensation group that interacts with Finance, Compensation Analysts, IT, and Payroll
Primary focus is estimation and accrual of annual compensation expenses with an emphasis upon accuracy, consistency and timeliness
Secondary focus will be administration of a bank-wide website showing executives outstanding deferred compensation awards (e.g. share awards, PAF, Plus Bond, CCA)
You will also support divisional compensation analysts during the year-end compensation cycle
Support projects and deliver efficiencies through technical automation (Excel VBA)
You will have an opportunity to partner with IT to define, test and implement system enhancements
Opportunity to assist the global operation and execution of various compensation plans

3-5 years of experience working with financial data
Proven track record of delivering consistent and accurate data/reports
Strong attention to detail with ability to work with large quantities of data
Hardworking with strong analytical skills including problem solving, data interpretation/modeling and process improvement
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - being polite and pleasant yet direct
Integrity to handle extremely confidential information - being discreet, committed and inventive
Proficiency of Excel including using complex formulas to analyze data and an understanding of VBA
