The SOC Analyst II is responsible for providing technical support, monitoring, incident investigation, and client escalation for customers of the SageNet Security Operations Center. They will be responsible for delivering accurate and expedient handling of customer support requests, incident analysis and investigation, and customer facing escalation. The SOC Level 2 analyst must remain current on cyber security trends and intelligence (open source and commercial) in order to provide the security analysis and identification capabilities within the SOC team. The SOC Level 2 Analyst will represent SageNet during interactions with internal and external customers/contacts in a calm and professional manner.
