Joint Readiness and Assessment Branch Support Branch SME, #4260 (Project Management)
Assessments Branch: provide effects-based assessments; assess impact of environment on operations; assess termination options, conditions or proposals; assess status of forces; and assess impact of operations on the adversary
Readiness Branch: establish mechanism to develop assessments; measure progress in meeting USSPACECOM objectives and end states based on orders; consolidate requirements from across the Command for additional forces beyond what is attached; monitor the current status of assigned or attached forces; support the development of Request for Forces (RFFs); track, process and manage RFFs; assess Space force readiness and support operational gap analysis to inform resourcing efforts
Support routing of operational documents and orders to include preparation of routing packets, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and transmitting signed/approved documents to complete the routing process
Support the JOC Director in executing command and control authorities to ensure USSPACECOM is ready to conduct joint space operations to protect and defend the Space JOA and deliver assured theater and global effects in accordance with CDRUSSTRATCOM intent and national and CCDR objectives
Work closely with Joint Operations Center team to prepare briefings and reports to USSPACECOM leadership
