Fall River Health Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you'll assess and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders helping individuals regain independence and confidence.

What Youll Do:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Perform swallowing assessments and develop dietary recommendations

Create personalized therapy plans with clear goals based on patient assessments

Educate patients and families on techniques, exercises, and home care

Collaborate with PT, OT, physicians, and nutritionists for well-rounded care

Track and document patient progress in line with professional and regulatory standards

Stay current on industry best practices and participate in professional development

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure (or eligibility)

Strong clinical skills in swallowing assessment and cognitive/language therapy

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

A passion for patient-centered care and working with diverse populations

Critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced healthcare settings
