A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The strategic objective of the team is to enhance the customer experience and value we deliver internal businesses by collaborating on client-centric communication strategies optimizing all communication channels to drive engagement, cultivate relationships and provide financial benefit.
The Program Manager, Plans Communication, is responsible for managing the 4-pillars of the Plans Communication Program; New Business, Retention, Operational Efficiencies and Measurement & Reporting.
As part of the program lifecycle, building strong, collaborative relationships is essential along with building industry knowledge, and demonstrating communication expertise. S/he shall deliver client offerings that drive and increase engagement, improve client relationships and retention, and provide financial benefit to the company and clients .
Primary Accountabilities
MANAGES PLANS COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM:
Required:
Word Processing, Spreadsheets, E-Mail, and Internet software knowledge along with essential computer skills that include regular use of a computer, including the ability to type, utilize a mouse, and read information from a computer screen or monitor. M.S. Project, MS Office Suite, Adobe Professional and SharePoint Experience.
