EDUCATION: High school diploma or G.E.D.
EXPERIENCE: Customer service experience preferred; wait exp preferred; cash handling exp required.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license; State issued id, State required liquor license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires: the ability to carry heavy trays of food, dishes and glassware; good balance; ability to stand or walk for entire shifts
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Grand Lake Casino is a drug and alcohol-free workplace; Must be able to work in a casino environment which includes high levels of smoke, dust, noise and bright flashing lights.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to patrons in the restaurant.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires good memory and focus; ability to work under pressure and to serve customers quickly and efficiently
