Job Description
NEW Starting Wage of $14.00/hour for FULL TIME PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS for our 500+ employee manufacturing operation in Sidney, Ohio.
$1.00/hour shift incentive for 2nd and 3rd shift.
Following 90 days of employment, increase of $0.50 per hour
Opportunities to apply to positions paying up to $20.83/hour after 90 days.
This is a Union facility, as such, you will be required to be available for any shift and your shift may change, based on business demand. Maximum 9 hours per day (when mandatory) no more than three Saturdays in a row, Sundays are never mandatory.

Responsibilities/Requirements
Work involves the assembly of Copeland Brand Compressors, condensing units and component parts by hand and in conjunction with automated equipment. Work generally requires the ability to recognize parts characteristics and variations, and attention to detail. Employees must understand and meet standards for acceptable part and product quality. Team members are also responsible for various functions for the assembly line and must be capable of doing any job on the line, interchangeably on a regular basis.
