The Office Administrator coordinates administrative efforts in the Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Research. Responsibilities include serving as the liaison with internal and external organizations to arrange for services, purchasing and financial support, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with annual compliance requirements, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with special projects throughout the year. The position will interact with all levels within the University as well as external constituents, and requires excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Requires administrative experience coordinating projects and events and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
