Role reports to: VP, Global Head Retail Excellence

Location: Summit, NJ

Travel %: 25%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000 to $247,825. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What will you do

T his role will be responsible for leading a global RGM practice across all levers for our G8 markets. The objective will be to bring more consistency to our pricing, portfolio management, promotions and CIW across key markets. The role will lead implementation of key initiatives across markets, ensuring adoption of best practices, deployment of standard methodologies, and ensuring we are capturing the value in our business plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the leadership and RGM teams of key markets to scale the price corridors approach and fit their local requirements
  • Identify clear recommendations and impact assessments for outlier pricing to move to the corridor pricing levels
  • Work with franchise teams to ensure that we have compelling pricing strategies and pricing architectures for all existing brands, and ensure fit to our G8 markets
  • Ensure data provision is appropriate for to support strategy. This could be continuous market data from 3rd party providers or bespoke tracking data
  • Support the markets in tracking external pricing performance and identify pricing opportunities to ensure we are adherent to the strategy
  • Support markets in the definition of price increases for the business plan
  • Challenge plans based on data: price corridors, profitability, external pricing and competition, strategy of the brands, elasticities
  • Support 3 rd party analytics to determine additional pricing opportunities
  • Consolidate and track price moves in key markets
  • Coordinate the leadership and RGM teams of key markets to identify opportunities to optimize/make more efficient our investments, ensuring we are delivering in line with our financial commitments
  • Partner with local leaders to make sure opportunities are addressed and plans are followed through.
  • Collaborate closely with market leads to identify priority support areas within all RGM workstreams and tailor engagement plans to best meet their needs
  • Train and upskill local teams for enhanced analytical capabilities

What we are looking for

Required Skills / Experiences

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • 12 yrs experience with p roven RGM experience and demonstrated ability in change management.
  • Experience in launching cross-country programs successfully
  • Must be a self-starter/able to think outside the box, challenge the norm and drive change.
  • Strong analytics capabilities
  • Strong financial literacy including the ability to work with P&Ls
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally/externally.
  • Must have excellent communication and networking skills and experience influencing at all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills
