EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time (FT)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is excited to invite qualified candidates to apply for the role of Evaluator for the Treatment for
Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) project that want to work with individuals experiencing homelessness to address
Mental Health (MH), and Substance Abuse (SA) issues by providing accessible client-centered, cost-effective, and quality outcome-based
care. These services will be provided primarily in the community.

The Evaluator is responsible for the management of the evaluation process of the TIEH project, including overseeing the implementation
of evaluation tasks required, the collection/compilation of data, the analysis of data, and program reporting as required by the Substance
Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and stipulated within the TIEH project guidelines.

This position is funded by revenue appropriated by contract and your employment is contingent upon continued funding
of this position.

Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate
and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to
ensure that each client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
