Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible ensuring quality customer service and providing a sanitary environment. The manager will ensure profitability through inventory control, correct pricing, and reduced waste. The manager will direct and organize activities and create friendly atmosphere for guests and help adjust and handle service complaints of guests and team members. The manager will be responsible for ensuring department is compliant with State/Federal/Tribal policy and procedures, regulations, and ABLE laws.
