Job Objective: Responsible for providing expert advice regarding construction engineering for the design, fabrication and installation of facilities and pipeline. Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist with development of pipeline construction and repair of new pipeline and well connects.
This includes preparing specifications and cost estimates, conducting surveys, establishing ROWs, supervising construction of pipeline while meeting all applicable codes and standards that may apply (i.e., DOT 192, ANSI B31.8, AP15L, A106, etc.)
Assist with construction of facilities at company owned gas plants, as needed.
This includes preparing specifications and cost estimates, supervising construction managers and meeting all applicable codes and standards (i.e., ANSI B31.3, PSM, etc.).
Prepares development and execution plans to achieve construction milestones and minimize costs, delays and disputes. Ensures the project is meeting construction specifications.
Oversees infrastructure and monitors critical paths schedules and deliverables. Develops executions plans in support of established strategies.
Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed. Work closely with and at the direction of Harvest's compliance manager in order to integrate work into Harvest's compliance program. Assist in the development and implementation of pipeline-required programs (including operator qualification, public awareness, integrity management, O&M manual.

Qualifications:
Ten (10) years minimum of pipeline and plant construction experience.
Working and understanding of the operation aspects of DOT 192 &195.
Ability to accurately solve problems.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good management, administrative, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Education Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university or college in engineering or closely related degree.
