Senior Project Manager with Accela Experience (Finance)

VIP is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience managing Agile software implementation and with analysis and configuration of the Accela Civic Platform suite of products. The resource will be responsible for managing the day to day project activities including the project schedule, status, resources, issues & risks, etc. In addition, the resource will supplement and assist the team with the configuration of the Accela solution. This position is also responsible for implementing the design, managing design issues to resolution and deployment of the solution. This resource should be comfortable conducting detailed business analysis, configuring the Accela platform and conducting unit testing and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
Candidate must be organized and analytical, able to lead a team of professionals, adept at working in a team environment, able to communicate effectively, develop technical documentation, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.

This job operates in an office setting which incurs moderate noise consistent with a business office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical attributes are required, for instance, manual dexterity/typing, read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as well as, ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
