We are looking for a Sales Enablement, Senior Manager who will have a deep understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, sales systems and operations, and complex enterprise selling skills.
In this role you will be responsible for gathering requirements, scoping, developing and executing selling skills programs for the direct sales organization, work with vendors on content development and training delivery, as well as building your own training content and facilitate enablement workshops in the field. You will also be expected to actively work to understand the corporate and sales strategy in order to align sales enablement programs accordingly and be dedicated and self- directed. The Sales & Partner Enablement, Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing global field communication and enablement programs that promote field readiness and effectiveness. The individual in this role must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively at all levels within the organization. This is someone who is passionate about working with the field, understands what sales needs to be successful and can champion field requirements across the business. Success in this role hinges on the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
This position is an individual contributor role that is based in the Redwood City headquarters office and will report to the Director, Sales & Partner Enablement.
