Office Manager- Temporary / Seasonal (Finance)
Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions.
Answers and directs incoming telephone calls. Utilizes scanner, copy, fax and computer to ensure that information is sent, received, shared and stored efficiently.
Maintains manual records as required by ODJFS by filing documents in a timely manner.
Completes Food Program documentation on a monthly basis; updates all necessary paperwork throughout the month as applicable.
Maintains records for Title XX recipients - includes monthly rosters, initial and redetermination paperwork, and communicates with appropriate caseworkers. Reviews Title XX pweb and portal daily to review swipes and payments.
Produces, distributes and collects current classroom rosters.
Registers staff for trainings as directed, and maintains on-site records on staff training.
Updates staff and children's files and medical information as directed by Center Director.
Distributes current lunch and snack menus to parents.
Maintains the center's participant waiting list as applicable.
Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders needed supplies from approved vendors.
Assists in ensuring center's compliance with all ODJFS, SUTQ and NAEYC licensing requirements.
Provides information regarding child care programs; prepares information packets for potential participants as needed.
Registers individuals for participation in child care programs, and enters registration and fee payment information in data system. Responsible for collection of registration materials including all registration forms,and any other necessary documents (i.e., County Subsidized Funding,Title XX, scholarship, CACFP forms, etc).
Maintains records of participant attendance, fees received, and other data related to programs for use in statistical reports. Compiles demographics and other data as needed for funding.
Prepares periodic summaries of child care registration and payment information for review by administrative personnel as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to operate a multiline telephone system, scanner, fax machine, copier, and computer program including: MS Office, Excel, Daxko.
