Associate Scientist - Upstream Process Development - (Biotech)

As Biopharmaceuticals Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for assisting with developing cell culture processes prior to transferring to cGMP manufacturing facilities for both early and late-phase projects. The role will require performing routine lab procedures, including preparing growth media and feeds, culturing cells in shake flasks or highly automated bioreactor systems, and testing associated samples to determine the process yielding the highest product concentration (while meeting quality specifications). Additional responsibilities include maintaining an accurate electronic notebook, authoring technical reports, and sharing results with colleagues.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, while demonstrating high performance behaviors consistent with established company values (Patient focus, transparency, respect and integrity).
