Senior Compensation Analyst (Finance)
Work Location: Hybrid work schedule to include working in the HR office located on the Rice University campus in Houston, TX at least three days per week (subject to change based upon business needs).

Job Summary
The Human Resources team of Rice University has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation Analyst. They will be a member of Rice University's total rewards team with responsibility for the design, implementation, analysis, and administration of competitive compensation programs. These programs support Rice's ability to attract, retain, motivate and reward excellent employees while ensuring internal equity and compliance with related government regulations. The incumbent will lead and/or manage special projects and key initiatives, solve complex problems, and serve as a key contact for compensation matters, providing expertise and guidance to university supervisors and leaders.
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, creative compensation professional with strong analytical skills who is an effective communicator, partner and advisor to their HR teammates and the clients they serve. They enjoy a good challenge and are interested in looking for ways to continuously improve and enhance services, programs and processes.
