Receptionist/Sales Assistant (Administrative)
To efficiently direct all calls to the proper departments and/or employees and complete assigned Sales support tasks in a timely manner
•Maintain standard 5S expectations
•Direct incoming calls to the appropriate recipient, and function effectively, within a high-volume call environment
•Assist all visitors courteously
•Retrieve and disperse mail daily
•Maintain call logs to be reported daily
•Assist with customer order status and tracking numbers
•Assist other Sales staff and management with VA order conversions
•Respond in a timely manner to any questions
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
•Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
•Follow-up
•Think independently
•Effectively manage time
Must have:
•Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
•High attention to detail
•Strong organization and prioritization skills
•Intermediate knowledge of phone systems
•3 years of experience in Receptionist or Customer Service related environment
•Microsoft Navision or other accounting software experience
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products
•High School Diploma or GED
