Experience leading programs with external software test teams
Experience developing System Integration Lab for HIL and SIL testing
Experience approving software test scripts and automation developed by others
Experience developing software test plans and procedures (STAPP) a plus
Experience with CMMI and CMMC a plus
Ability to utilize Microsoft suite of tools to provide information and updates to upper management
Have a related degree in Computer Science or BSEE
Minimum 5 years experience in the field
Be able to work solo and as part of a team
Ability to obtain security clearance
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Work with a cross functional team of internal and 3 party resources to institute Software Test Plans and Procedures (STAPP) and best practices for software testing within AM General
Coordinate external teams to Develop, implement, and maintain software test scripts for multiple projects
Ensure software testing is following Cybersecurity guidelines and procedures and that tested software is Cyber secure
Develop and run a System Integration Lab with support from 3 party experts
Work with 3 party to implement procedures to obtain CMMI and CMMC compliance and certification
Interact with cross functional AMG team including: Supply Chain, IS&S, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering
Interact with outside vendors, partners, and customers
