The Operam content marketer will be responsible for delivering content through a variety of written mediums.
The candidate will work with internal teams to figure out the best ways to communicate Operam's success, market across all our departments, and deliver timely written content. This includes marketing of creative, media, and technology services. They will spearhead case studies, white papers, blogs, and other written content as needed.
Candidates will need a strong understanding of the SaaS reporting and BI services landscape, creative and media services, and the issues facing marketing executives today. They must be prepared to write pitch decks and blog posts, in addition to case studies and technical white papers. This role will be a mix of more technical focused writing and creative writing. Candidates will combine their knowledge with an ability to communicate with internal teams on what is needed and write applicable content. They will be tasked with helping Operam stay a leader in the ad tech space, while promoting our success across media and creative as well.
Responsibilities
Industry research in the SaaS reporting and BI space
Tone of voice for online content
Content for corporate marketing materials including pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and newsletters
Spearhead content marketing on the company blog
Communicating with project managers and Marketing Director on project needs and requests
Problem solving and taking content feedback from clients and coworkers
Interact with internal teams to tie client success and efficiency back into: technology, media, and creative performance
Manage important content deadlines and publishing requirements as needed
Act as the point of contact internally, to create content across a wide range of topics
Creation and compilation of content for marketing and sales infographics
Juggle a large volume of projects with competing deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Communicate and interact well with team members and leadership.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience writing in a SaaS, ad tech, or a tech-empowered agency role
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Exceptional writing capabilities and the ability to adapt writing tone-of-voice depending on content type, medium, and platform
Understanding of the general media and creative services of an agency
Ability to write multiple content pieces at once, with aggressive timelines
Interest in making a big impact on the AdTech industry
A grasp of modern SaaS development and product marketing
An understanding of related markets, technologies, and competitive landscape
Strong internal communication capabilities when working with cross functional teams to formulate content
Working knowledge of Google Drive and Docs
Familiarity with MAC computers preferred
