Instructor I (Finance)



Must be able to teach 3-4 undergraduate public health or health science courses for the College of Public Health per semester, online and in class.Minimum Qualifications:
\n
Master's degree in public health, health education, allied health,or closely related field from an accredited institution.
\n
Demonstrated professional experience or education in public health.
\n
Experience teaching health-related information to cliencts, educators, or students.
\n
Must be able to be credentialed by SACS to teach undergraduate courses in public health.
\n
Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of instructor.
\n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n
Experience teaching online and in class.
\n
Experience in curriculum development.
\n
Experience using Canvas or other teaching software.
\n
At least one year of health-related undergraduate teaching experience at the community college or university level.

\n
Must be credentialed by SACS teach courses.Teach 3-4 undergraduate nutritiqn courses per semester.
Assist with curriculum review and revision to assure alignment of competencies and learning opportunities.
Develop undergraduate public health or health science courses in online and classroom formats.
Work with the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies and other USF units to monitor student learning outcomes and the academic progress of students.
Review and approve undergraduate course substitutions.
\n
Research/Scholarship Duties:
\n
Collaborate with other faculty to present and publish health-related, pedagogical research or public health-related research.
\n
Service Duties:
\n
Participate in College and University Committees; and, participate in regional and/or national professional organizations and activities. Apply
