Sr Program Specialist (Finance)



As a Sr Program Specialist ger here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer projects. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving project specific performance for INNCOM - Hospitality solutions.

You will develop and implement strategies to optimize project operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you'll work out of our Northford, CT, Atlanta, GA or Duluth, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact on the project financial performance in terms of revenue, cash flow and past due, customer satisfaction and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional delivery and leadership to cross functional engineering and site technicians. Along with team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and business growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and flawless delivery of projects, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive FAR15 proposals and subcontracts, perform price analyses, execute subcontracts, and collaborate across functions. Ensure compliant FAR15 packages, strategic agreements, and cost savings.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience project or service delivery management
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering and project principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Proven success in delivering complex customer programs, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to customer location.

  • Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects.
  • Manage and deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project execution risks and issues.
  • Ontime and accurate forecasting and driving quicker revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure project success.
  • Responsible for delivery of revenue, cash flow, and profitable growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

In Connecticut, the annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-138,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
