Summary:

Implements, configures and plays a lead role in the design of complex Microsoft Windows Server systems for internal and external customers. Assists in performing analysis on existing systems as well as system maintenance. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of Windows domains and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves Windows Server support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Provides Windows Server production centric architectural and operational oversight for the development of new or enhanced services and/or products.
• Engineers, configures, and assists in the architecting of complex Windows Server solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements. Solutions may be new, existing, in-house, third party or a combination.
• Researches and evaluates new Microsoft Windows Server technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products. Assists in the formulation and execution of test plans for Proof of Concepts.
• Performs day-to-day and complex Windows Server system administration and monitoring tasks for assigned systems.
• Works with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve Windows Server technical system problems in a timely manner with a primary focus on complex problems.
• Administer and troubleshooting of Windows Domains, including Group Policy, Organizational Units, Group/User Creation and Management, as well as all other Windows Domain skills
• On Call 24/7 support required.
• Travel required, may be domestic or international
  Weekend and off-hours support may be required
• IRS Certification required. (will be sponsored by ACI)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows Server technical experience in product architecture and/or production IT environments
• Ability to support on call 24/7 response.
• 5+ years of DNS, Group Policy, Active Directory engineering, management, & troubleshooting.
• Technologies preferred are Windows Server.
• Previous experience in designing and/or implementing Windows Server systems with a focus on scalability and high-availability.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting development and production Windows Server environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Working with PCI domains is a plus.
• Working with ITIL change management is a plus.
• Working with Commvault or other backup software is a plus
