POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the General Counsel, Intellectual Property, the Patent Agent will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure an protect Indiviors intellectual property.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree, in a biologic or chemical field.
Experience: Must have at least 4 years of experience as a patent agent. Must have admission to practice before the USPTO and in good standing. Life Science Experience is required.
Travel: Minimal
