Position description
Performs radiographic examinations utilizing a variety of technical aspects that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply ionizing radiation to obtain diagnostic radiographs. Promote a cooperative and professional atmosphere, with emphasis on patient care. Provides interactions with patients identifying the special needs and behaviors of patients from infants to geriatric.
Qualifications
Satisfactory completion of a certified radiologic technology training program and have obtained ARRT registration.
Successful completion of all clinical applications within radiologic technology training program.
Knowledge of basic positioning, principles of radiation exposure and understanding of teamwork.
License or certification
ARRT
BLS
Mammography Certification preferred

Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $24.60 per hour.
