Server Analyst -1212 Deming Way (2376) (Information Technology)

We are seeking an experienced Server Analyst to: - Manage, support and maintain server hardware, operating systems and software in a primarily Windows and Linux environment using configuration management tools. - Work with users at various levels of the organization to determine requirements for operational needs and information processing options. - Enjoy a new open workspace with areas to work together, alone or walk at your desk. Preferred – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business or related field. Work Experience: Minimum – Three (3) years relevant experience. Preferred – Five - Seven (5 - 7) years of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting. Licenses and Certifications: Preferred – MCSA, CCA or VCP certifications. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: - Ability to interact with and work around people - Ability to make judgments in demanding situations - Ability to listen empathetically - Ability to logically organize details - Comfortable accepting responsibility for medium to large scale projects involving multiple resources and spanning many months from start to finish Physical Requirements: Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds. W ork Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm routinely, but will include off hours; on-call rotation required.
