We are seeking a Systems and Network Administrator! This position:

  • Provides support for server hardware and software including Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, VMware server environment and Datacenter UPS.
  • Responsible for operating system installs, upgrades and patches to all servers.
  • Design and maintain Azure AD, local Active Directory and M365 tenant. 
  • Perform restorable backup of servers by creating and testing procedures.
  • Maintain Fortigate firewalls and Cisco switches, cabling and connectivity to ensure continuous business operations.  Monitors related logs and alerts.
  • Install, administer and troubleshoot network printers
  • Responsible for inventory control including network hardware, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers and software.
  • Assist the Director with hardware and software maintenance agreements when needed.
  • Performs project management; works with Director to identify necessary project tasks, estimate task duration, expected completion, and overall project completion dates.
  • Assists with the establishment and enforcement of policies and procedures standardization.
  • Responsible for vulnerability remediation and patch management.
  • Answers the Information Technology Help Desk phone when needed.
  • Requires minimum supervision in performance of job duties; is a self-starter.
  • Participates in the department's continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two to three years' experience of systems administration, network administration
  • Experience in technical planning, project management, documentation and problem solving.
  • Possesses a strong commitment to patient well-being and safety.
