Primary function of position:
As a Marketing Manager at Intuitive Training Technologies the candidate will manage the promotion and market development of digital learning products from VR simulation to real-time collaboration tools. These learing products support to the development surgeons and staff members who work and perform life chaning care using the da Vinci surgical system. The Marketing manager will utilize leading edge digital marketing solutions as part of a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage our customers to adopt, utilize, and effectively implement our products. The Marketing Manager will also be objective in evaluating the impact of the various marketing solutions through careful analysis of user engagement, adoption, and actions informed by marketing solution analytics. This role will interface with product management, Sales/Business Operations team, Analysts, Game Designers, and external stakeholders to identify, plan, and develop launch and promotional materials.
The successful candidate must excel in a high-energy, focused, small-team environment, be able to organize various input sources to effect clear content requirements to a multitude of developers. The ideal candidate will have a solid digital marketing background that can be applied toward promotion of our product. A strong sense of shared responsibility and shared reward is required.
