JOB SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a physical location. They are responsible for the overall financial success of the branch. The primary duties include managing the fleet of vehicles, leading a team of primarily drivers and mechanics, hiring staff, and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating, and implementing strategies to improve productivity, operational excellence, and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial and operational targets of the site. The branch manager is responsible to ensure a positive workplace culture focused on creating a safe work environment, mutual respect for all employees, a positive work ethic, and integrity.
