Position Summary:
The Equipment Sales Manager/Specialist is responsible for managing assigned customers, accounts, and clinics within the assigned territory/region. A major objective for this position is to drive equipment sales, growth and acceptance of the CooperSurgical equipment products in the Fertility & Genomic Solutions Business Unit. Importantly, a successful candidate will excel in working well in matrix organization, managing accounts/customers in a complex & competitive environment, with a focus on fertility, in-vitro fertilization, and andrology laboratories, clinical excellence and expertise on assigned equipment, and supporting total account and total solution selling within the Territory and Regional Account Team. The Equipment Sales Manager/Specialist is a key member of the commercial organization.
The successful candidate must also be able work effectively with all departments that are part of CooperSurgical's Fertility & Genomic Solutions global team, as well as other teams, including colleagues in different business units when appropriate to drive OneCooper. In addition, a successful candidate will ensure that the regional and territory business strategies are developed, executed, and achieved within an ethical and compliant framework, as well as always working within the CooperSurgical values.
