Hd Payroll Technician (Finance)
The Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking a Payroll Technician to join our Business Office. This position is a part-time, 80% effort, 12 month fixed term position.
This position will be solely responsible for hiring and managing all aspects of payroll for adjunct faculty. The Payroll Technician will work with the faculty group to compile all of the pay information for each semester. Prepare and process a variety of payroll and personnel documents for adjunct faculty. Assist faculty with requests for information and in problem resolution of payroll or personnel matters. Maintain confidential personnel database and files. Meet with adjunct faculty to complete new hire paperwork, process hire on Workday system. Responsible for entering the time for each adjunct faculty on the Workday timesheet system. Control and distribute payroll checks each biweekly period. Reconcile adjunct faculty payroll every bi-weekly.
