Business Data Analyst Manager (Administrative)

JOB DUTIES: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical issues that can be interpreted by the engineering team. Ensure that the team delivers the intended functionality in a way that is consistent with the broader platform architecture and capabilities. Identify and analyze multiple data sources to support strategic decision-making. Lead a team of data engineers. Lead design, development and release of data models, data marts and ETL processes. Lead the team to transform analyzed data into clear recommendations to improve existing and new product development. Participate in estimation, and capacity and resource planning for projects Collaborate with business stakeholders, agile team members and project managers to understand business requirements and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. Work with team members to proactively identify, communicate and resolve issues and risks that impede the execution and success of the project. Conduct analysis that identifies the current state of business processes and system inadequacies. Deliver recommendations for process and system improvements that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experience. Participate in all relevant agile ceremonies for each project iteration including story tasking, task estimating, and story ownership.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
