Supply Chain Data Analyst (Finance)

We're looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our Planning Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data - from automating manual processes to building dashboards that deliver real-time visibility to decision-makers.

You'll be hands-on across the full BI lifecycle: pulling data from multiple sources, transforming it in Databricks, pushing it to Redshift, and building Tableau dashboards. This role is heavily focused on business intelligence, but we're also beginning to explore machine learning opportunities - and we want someone who's excited to grow in that direction.

If you're a self-starter who enjoys working with data, building scalable pipelines, and making an impact, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Databricks (Python, Spark, SQL).
  • Create Tableau dashboards and data products to support NAM Planning and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate business requests into scalable solutions, with a focus on usability, performance, and value.
  • Manipulate and join large datasets from multiple source systems to produce curated datasets in Redshift.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in our supply chain.
  • Collaborate with peers in Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to standardize metrics and align on data sources.
  • Assist in early-stage machine learning and predictive analytics projects as we expand our scope.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience in BI development, especially using Databricks and Tableau.
  • Solid coding skills in Python and SQL with experience handling large, messy datasets.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning data (e.g., backlog, forecast, inventory) is a plus.
  • Clear communicator with strong data intuition and business acumen.
  • Interest or experience in machine learning (classification, time series) is a plus, not a must-have
  • Languages: Python, SQL, Spark
  • Platforms: Databricks, Redshift
  • Visualization: Tableau
  • Other Tools: Git, Excel (when necessary)

Why This Role
  • You'll own impactful projects and help streamline how we make decisions across the supply chain.
  • You'll join a team that values autonomy, creativity, and collaboration.
  • You'll have room to grow into more advanced analytics and machine learning work over time.
