Sr. Environmental Specialist-SLC_Golden (Finance)
Tetra Tech invites you to consider a rewarding opportunity as a Sr. Environmental Project Manager, NEPA Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Tetra Tech has a position for a Senior Environmental Project Manager, NEPA Specialist. The position location is flexible, working with one of our western US offices. We are seeking a leader with a proven record of bringing in, managing, and completing environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, and permit applications on federal and state lands, focusing on mining-related actions with a diversity of other types of projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Principal and Project Engineers, Scientists, and Project Managers on environmental impact and permitting for large and small projects.
The position will include duties such as:
Strong problem solving, time management, and written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be able to develop strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers and clients. The position may require travel.

This position is considered a "seller-doer" and requires someone who has successfully completed mining NEPA projects and understands the skills required to finish projects within the time frames and budgets required by agencies and clients. This person will be able to judge the expertise needed and identify those with the expertise and record to win enough work to support themselves, as well as provide valuable services to clients. Must have high integrity, accountability, an acute attention to detail, demonstrated interest in the field, and a desire for self-improvement. Work may start as soon as selected individual is available.
