VP, Business Management & Customer Solutions (Marketing)
This is an exciting and transformational opportunity for a strong leader to join an industry leading Retirement Business which includes Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Executive Benefits and Rollover/IRA Markets. The leader in this role will be responsible for developing integrated B2B, B2C, and mobile strategies and product roadmaps for Prudential Retirement's Full-Service Solutions business. This role requires extensive experience in developing customer strategies within complex organizations in the context of: digital market trends, institutional and individual customer needs, the competitive landscape and digital innovation and service models - both within and outside of the financial services industry. This individual will partner closely with Business and Technology experts to ensure optimal solution design to deliver on revenue and earnings growth goals. In addition, the individual in this role will interface with multiple internal and external entities (e.g., vendors, consultants, advisors, clients, participants, control partners, etc.).
A demonstrated ability to continuously promote a culture of learning and intelligent risk management, excel in a matrix environment, and quickly and effectively gain cross functional alignment with key FSS Business and Enterprise partners (including Sales, Operations, Client Management, Marketing, Finance, Workplace Solutions Group, Customer Office, Individual Solutions Group) will be critical for success. The leader should be passionate about driving change and willing to learn from all levels within the organization. Must have ability to effectively lead and influence business partners in a positive and inspirational manner, while modeling Prudential's core values and teaching others to do the same.
Build measurable goals that help the organization understand the effectiveness of its initiatives
Represent Product within cross functional and virtual teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
Partner with our Customer Office and Compliance/Legal/Risk teams to understand common issues and use this data to develop plans to incorporate into Product Management roadmap
Closely partner with stakeholders (e.g., Technology, Customer Office, Workplace Solutions Group, Individual Solutions Group) to deliver optimal solutions which drive Retirement, U.S. Business and Enterprise outcomes
Deep understanding of the InsureTech, FinTech and ConsumerTech spaces with working knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Experience analyzing trends affecting digital interactive product design, mobile design or responsive design
Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to a variety of audiences
