National Account Manager - New York (Sales)
Working as the National Account Manager will allow you the opportunity to oversee a GREAT team filled with other passionate hospitality professionals. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do and share in our belief in the quality value of delivering superior hospitality to our premier client.
The National Account Manager will be responsible for leading a national team spread throughout multiple states in engaging all Clients, Guests, Vendors, and Tenants entering the lobby and reception center. This role is a senior position and will act as a single point of contact to our client across the entirety of the national contract.
In buildings or regions without a Regional Lobby Lead the National Account Manager will act as the Regional Lobby Lead with direct oversight over a specific geography or location.
This role reports directly into the Rapport Director of Operations.
National Account Manager Job Functions:
